The Central Bank of Ireland has released changes to Corporate Governance and the responsibilities of Independent Non Executives within Insurance, Reinsurance and Captive sectors, noting the restrictions upon the directorships that a non executive can hold.
The CBoI will be working with the industry to ensure a strengthening of oversight, management processes and performance. This will lead to a greater need for new highly skilled, experienced and objective INED’s, to service the demand for current and future appointments.
Building on significant and wide ranging experience gained in specialist recruitment for the Insurance and Reinsurance sectors, AIR Recruitment has drawn together a panel of highly skilled senior individuals, with significant senior management experience and an in depth understanding of the sectors, who are available as non-executive directors.
Non-Executive will bring a range of expertise and knowledge within at least one of the following areas:
• Technical Knowledge – Insurance, Reinsurance, Captive Management, Banking
• Corporate Governance
• Audit
• IT & Operations
• General Management
• Business Development
• Risk & Compliance, Solvency II
